Hi have had an aftermarket stereo fitted (jvc) and when fitted had a wire converter put in for all speakers to work but is plugged into RCA port but am looking to wire up a subwoofer how do I convert rca port to run speakers and subwoofer at the same time any advice would be great thank you šŸ˜Š

You need to explain a little better. A wire converter is plugged into an RCA port on your head unit, or a converter was connected to the amplifier in the head unit to give you RCA (line-level) output?

You cannot run speakers direct from an RCA jack on a head unit. If that is what you have, you will need an amplifier.

What JVC head are you running?
