I want to try my hand at a ported fiberglass enclosure, but the shape I want to do is nowhere near square enough to even guess at the cuft, so tuning would be hard to calculate. Whats the best wat to determine what my interior size is?

Why was that stupid? I never said I've done it, or that it's even the correct way, I was just sharing what I've read on here in the past. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/imwithstupid.gif.ff72b14418b3c35ebdf1ccd38da21695.gif
just making a square box or what? in my case I was using the spare tire well so once I built the box and got the measurments that is what determined what subwoofer I used. It was almost impossible to measure the tire well itself, which is why I did it the way I did...I want to try and make it a certain size before I build it. I really don't want to keep making enclosures until I get the right size. Maybe thats the only way though
I think he was agreeing with youWhy was that stupid? I never said I've done it, or that it's even the correct way, I was just sharing what I've read on here in the past. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif
lol, strange but possibly very good suggestionGo buy a beanbag and use the little styrofoam balls from it, very accurate at measuring IMO.
sand... I am telling you... it is cheap or free and works the best... took my box to the park across the street, measured/filled it and I was done. free and no mess to clean up or get rid of.lol, strange but possibly very good suggestion
