How to fuse a dual input amplifier?

Hi. I have a PPI DCX 1000.1. It has dual inputs for power and ground (2 from battery, 2 grounds). The fuse rating of the amp is 100 amps. I want to do this fuse inline but was unsure of how to do it. I am going to be running both power wires to the back from the battery. Thanks.

you can use a fused distro block and fuse at the battery or use two runs of wire which will both need to be fused

How do I fuse them though? Do I do 100 amps on both wires or 50 on each?

if the amp has internal fusing just fuse for the wires ampacity or a little lower
