i don't know how they word it but, It is up to the buyer to decide if a business/person selling whatever you are buying is legitament. A guy with a trunk load of amps doesn't fit that category.

If he was legit, he wouldn't have to drive around seeking potential customers. If they wern't hot, he would just sell them on the interweb. Compile a list of the amps he has in his trunk and see if they match any items from police reports in the last six months. If they do, schedule a meeting with him, and have the police around the corner ready to bust the guy. It's some work, but if it returns all those stolen amps back to the owners, it's time well spent.

but it could just be a screen used for anything? missing the facia possibly so the only application would be a custom indash.
