JVC KD-SH9750 Deck

What's goin on everyone!

K I'm in a bit of confusion as to what the hell is goin on. I bought and had this deck installed about a year ago. Everything was working awesome up until yesterday.

My boyfriend accidently bumped the deck (wasn't hard at all). The deck face fell off. Then when we placed it back on the frame, the entire display does not show. There is no digital display whatsoever AND the cd will not open.

The only way to use the deck is with the remote. Which now only allows me to listen to the am/fm, change stations and volume. When I try to use the buttons on the deck face itself, NOTHING happens whatsoever.

DOES anyone know what the hell is going on? I really need some experct opinions on this. Please.

the pins that turn everything on and off and connect the buttons probably became mis-aligned when he bumped the deck. Take the face off again and ensure that the metal pins are all straight.
