KVT-911DVD or VRX925VD?

I am pretty confused on which one to get, everyone says clarion. I would really like to have a subwoofer preout so I can control the sub level. which one has the better features. and does either have the sub preout? what is the non fading control on the kenwood? all help is appreciated.
