For the Lanzar DC12, Bass Box Pro recommends 1.61 cubic foot "net" sealed for the magical .707 Qtc and will give you a predicted F3 response of 56.48 Hz. Remember your subwoofer displaces .141 cubic feet of enclosure volume so you would have to build it approximately 1.8 cubic feet gross.
For the high output sealed option, Bass Box Pro recommends .783 cubic feet net sealed with a predicted F3 of 62.56 Hz.
For high output ported, it recommends 1.941 cubic feet net tuned to 43.23 Hz with a predicted F3 of 41.45 Hz. You don't want to know how big a high fidelity ported enclosure should be unless you have 7 cubic feet to spare.
