I've been planning on trying this for some time now.
My problem with a standard rear facing sub is cancellation and trunk rattles.
I always wanted to blow-thru the armrest hole/ ski-pass.
I went with two 10's in a .7 cu ft ported chamber for each.
Those are both ported to the middle chamber of around 2.5 cubes.
The removable final port plugs right through the ski-pass.
Only using 2- 4" ports for the exit. It somehow all works. And works well.
**** bangs!
Better than I expected. Clean. Clear. Solid. Flat.
Seems like it plays from 25-60 pretty **** flat.
Also----- VERY few rattles inside the vehicle from the rear deck/ trunk lid, etc.
