port baffle...dont want to cut out the port opening yet, becuase i dont know how wide its going to be. height will be 5.75" though. its most likely gonna be 5.75 x 28-30", for around 161-172.5 sq inches of port...not as much as i wanted but its absolutely all i have room for.

this is just sitting there by the way...not screwed in or anything yet...thats why theres gaps at the top, etc.

thats what you use to rip your wood? skill saw, jigsaw, and miny table saw? how do you like the little table saw. i have been thinking of buying one but was unsure of how hard it would be with big sheets.

and its lookin good still, keep up the good work

i use the circle saw and that straight edge + clamps, to rip it to smaller pieces as i go, then use the table saw for angles and ****, and to cut it down after i ripped it with the circle saw, to a workable size.

jig i just use for small things really... i used it for the sub cutouts cuz the router is too much work..the final flush mount trim panel im using the router for though.

the table saw isnt even mine...i deffinetly like it, but i dont at the same time... one day im gonna buy a table saw, but i want a big one....its a table saw...not a "put it on the driveway floor" saw lol
