How/what does the Kerf port do for the SQ?

i did one of these ,1st time doing one 4^3 with a dc lvl 2 15 [extra spider] on a massive 800 watt mini,stock alt ,battery , and 4 gauge wire for my daughter tuned at 32 htrz and its loud ,very loud,you would think she has more than she does if you heard this thing.i was impressed and so is everyone who hears it.

How/what does the Kerf port do for the SQ?

Kerf's aren't really for SQ but I don't believe it would hurt the it.......Kerfs are done to help port airflow and lets face it they are SEXY as well
