Bought it back on Jan. 12th from him and he said he'd get it out that week. Two weeks later and nothing. Then he says he'll ship on the 29th and he hasn't been on here since. I already placed a paypal claim but i doubt he has any money in the account.

Doesn't matter, paypal will give you the money back and then they'll take it from him aterwArds. Happened to me before
