I have a high pitch sound coming only out of my door speakers(not my sub)when I turn up the headunit about 3/4s of the way up with the sub on. But if I go into settings and turn the subwoofer off I can turn it all the way up and it won't do the highpitched noise(sounds crystal clear). I have ran a new set of rcas, replaced the headunit and still the same results. I am confused any help would be appreciated

It sounds like the sub amp is giving feedback.

Are you sure it isnt a vibration related noise or something? Strange issue

Try a ground loop isolator on the RCAs.

WTF are you talking about? Tape and insulation isn't going to stop RF noise.

I would try a ground wire from the HU to a nice solid ground location under the dash. You can use 12ga, 14ga, even use speaker wire works just fine. I would at least try that
