need a powerful good amp

hey Guys, I am running 2 zv4 12s and I always seem to get amps that will not run them because I am just too cheap, but now I'm ready to spend the money for a good amp I need around 4-5k Rms and be able to be wired down to .5 ohms all within staying in the $800 range, any possible amps you guys could think of????
