This is a brand new in-box Sundown SAE-1000D amplifier.

This amp was sent to me by Sundown Audio to take pictures for them, and it is the amp in the pictures below. It was removed from the box for pictures and then put right back in the box.

Is it rated @ 14.4?
That is smaller than my Memphis MC1000d.
