panasonic 401 and 301

what do you think of the panasonic 301 and 401 for the money i need to be cheap so these look nice but id like some more perfessional reviews before i purchase

i have the upgraded versions of those, and i love it, ivd had it a year with no real problems. they look great and r clear sounding. buy it!
