If lowes does have it, its porbably stiff as hell.

you could prolly find a local welding supply shop that carries the wire.

 
It really depends on the load going through those cables from the block. But as stated, 1/0 would be the safe bet, 2 gauge may work as well. Most 2 gauge is good for 200A of total current draw. Add up your amps fuse ratings or manufacutre's listed max current draw and that will give you a better idea

If you have multiple amps you do not need to run a power wire from each amp to battery.. You can have a single run of wire with a distribution...
