Hi I’m new to car audio I have a question. I have a kicker kxa 800.5 and it can do 100W RMS x 4 at 2ohms if that’s what I’m reading right. So I was planning on running 4 midrange speakers and 4 tweeters in parallel pairs so 1 midrange (sh - hd6.4E) and 1 tweeter (SH - PROTW1 1” voice coil aluminum tweeter) but the tweeter is 120w program power and the midrange speaker is 225w RMS is there gonna be anything bad about that or will the amp blowup the tweeter? And what’s the difference between program power and rms power?

My thoughts exactly. I do have a SONY XEC-505 that is pretty clean. Wish it had better than 2V out, still a good garage tuner for Sure!
