Project A4

After finally gathering everything together, I'm finally going to start my next project: A4. The ride is in need of some new rims but the snow isn't too far away here in MN so I'll wait til next spring to buy 19's, maybe 20's. These 2 first pictures are just teasers. So far, I've already laid deadener in the trunk and routed my power, remote and RCA's.

2002 Audi A4 3.0 Quattro:

im lookin to see wether those comp's keep upvery soon i will b buyin two SX 10's

were did u get ur RE gear from, a local dealer?
Dimensionaudio from eBay. $120 shipped per set. I Have 2 sets of PG RSD/s too but I don't know if I wanna put those in this install. I'd be nice to have matching equipment.

throw the SX's in a box @ 32hz and you wont be disappointed //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

**** that is one very nice pile of boxes //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

So Thought that I might as well make use of this eDead liquid v3. It's new in the can but I've had it for 2 years and it just sat around so it clumped up. Still useable to a certain point but at this age, it hardens up real quick. This is about all I got done today. Going to HD to buy wood tomarrow for the real part.

Power wire entrance. This was way easy to get in there, unlike my Acura TL that took me days to figure out.

RCA's and remote came from the dash straight down the center console and under the rear seats. I got away with reusing 12 foot Stingers but might redo it just to have extra length, even though it reaches all the way to the trunk, just straight down though. There is no room for these to curve around the sub box so... poor planning FTL.

I don't think i'll be able to do the Big 3 on this install. The last pulley where the belt runs down, is the alt. I'm going to see if it's reachable from under but if not, I'm **** out of luck.

This is what I did for 2.5 hours today...

Then waited for it to dry to a certain point and reinstalled the panels.

Liquid deadener is not simple and clean to work with. The way my hand was looking, I should have used that instead of the **** brush.
