I guess its funny to me because my car never even gets that dirty when it is dirty.

but nice build, wiring my own alarm seems to far fetched to me, i would never get it working, so props to you!

Nice job so far. The wires for the alarm look nice. Installing my alarm was pretty easy tbh I thought. Time consuming though.

Well got the car all put back together today the wiring harness I made worked perfectly with wire provided by fasfocus00. So it is all ready for the viper system that I will hopefully get in a few weeks. Luckily I got everything I wanted to get done. The weather finaly broke from 4 or 5 days of rain and was a great day. So good in fact that my father and I went for a ride.

All the wires finally properly wired and ready to be hidden.

The new place for the brain safe place in the rear.

Also got the final pieces of silver trim on the dash today.

All put back together "for now"

Feel free to comment on my prgress. I hope to get some money soon to start ordering the stuff that I need and get it finally DONE.

Whats the diffrence between the alipine 9887 and the f1? I thought the 87 is the best out their (alpine)

Well it gets complicated but the alpine f1 is the best alpine makes with 24 bit decoding and all if I ever get a chance to buy one I will buy it. THEY ARE RELY RARE.

The f1 uses 24 bit DAC's( 8 sets actually)//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif. it also plays dvds at a very high resolution rate. The F1 has been disconttinued for a couple years, liek most of the high end SQ units. The 9887 is a great unit and more than enough for the average audio enthusiast.

LOL well you can not argue with getting a free box of dynamat so that is what I used I still need another box of it to finish, my wire came in the other day picks of that up soon and hope to have the head unit installed by the end of this week. Hmmmmm
