Hey everyone,

I'm trying to find a place to put my box terminals on my box and I was just wondering, is there any disadvantage to putting them in the port? Would this have an effect on the sound? Would you recommend doing this? Thanks for the help!

Where in the port? I wouldn't. What about 2 bolt posts instead? No room on the back?

no dont do that.

you can just buy some long bolts/washers/nuts and drill holes in box. then pass the bolts throw.

or

you can buy terminal studs for your box. look on parts express . com .

forgot to add, you dont need to do any of that..

i drilled a hole big enough for my speaker wire to go throw the box. just make sure you seal it up so you have no air leaks.

This is what my box will be looking like. I was thinking of putting the terminals on the back, but now I don't think I will be doing that. Would putting them on the top of the box be a bad idea? I already have the terminals, that's why I want to use them rather than buy new terminals. Thanks for the input!
