Hey guys!

Just seeing if anybody could provide a little input about this product.. well, a certain aspect to it. I have used the original DD-1 before and found it to be very straightforward.. But having just bought the DD-1+, there is a whole new variable overlap feature that I just don't understand. What exactly is this? When I'm setting gains, it basically tells me to turn it up until the distortion light comes on, switch tracks, then set an overlap which feels like I'm just turning up the gain even more into distortion? Just not fully understanding this feature, what it means and why it tells me to essentially increase the gain beyond clipping. Thanks!

Hell... Run It.. You will be ok @ that Ohm load(2.67). Just dont go below 2ohms and you will be fine. 2ohms is the lowest stability of that...

LOL - mine was a higher end model too - iirc deh-9300. Low mileage too, it was sitting around for year collecting dust.

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...
