Quick noob wiring help...

It's my first time wiring subs, so I don't really know what to do (had a little help with the amp). Wired in parallel..

How do I connect this...

to this

everything is all wired up already..I just gotta drop the sub in..but I don't know how to connect these wires?

Quick help? I'll get a macro shot of the copper plugs if it'll help..

I was going to say just a bad angle, i could see it slide on from the one on the right hand side. the one on the left is just bent up a little bit.

i use those all the time and they just slide right on, you might wanna squeeze them with a pair of pliers though because they tend to slide off if there to loose.

those are reg tools we use in the shop, you slide the female end onto the male end, and with pliers squeeze them together so they dont slide back off.
