"2" JL10W3's with box and JL500/1 amp....is this a good deal

I've found a sealed box with "2' JL audio 10W3 and the 500/1 slash V2 amp for $300. I'm going to meet the guy and hear them today. If they are in good cosmetic shape and appear to sound good do you think its a good or descent deal? Its not the exact setup I'm looking for but for that price it would get me started.....I'm really after a 500/1 slash v2 amp or XD 600/1 amp and a 12W6 or 13W6....I could at least use this for awhile and then sell the two tens and go to a single later. What do you guys think?

Well even though I thought they sounded terrible I bought the setup. I chalk it up to the amp not being setup correctly or the head unit. The subs are firm and in great looking shape as is the box.....they were in a suv and had no thump what so ever. I used to have two 15w0's on a Rockford amp that sounded 10x better. I know it's not fair comparing 15's to 10's but god they were weak and I've never hear anything but good things about W3's.... Oh well I could always sell them if I get them in my vehicle and can't get them sounding right
