Recone for a RD sonance 15??

I remember awhile back someone used a DC recone kit to recone some sonance subs.

Anybody know exactly what works? My 15 is in decent mechanical shape but i plan to recone it eventually so it will handle a little more powa and not look so ugly anymore.

It may have been mine,i had Rusty recone 2 Sonance's for me. I believe he used level 2 coils. Those things got loud.

I had 2 of them on about 1k-1200 and they did fine.

so just about the same as the original build. I ran my 15 on 750 daily and it loved it. It still works great , it's just beat up. Dented dustcap , scuffed up surround. The usual. Sold it for 150 to the pawn shop about 6 months ago , just bought it back for 100. LOL. Nobody around here knows anything but JL and alpine.
