I can't even finish reading that, it's giving me a headache trying to understand that. Good luck. Seriously just trying to help, but could you organize that better. No clue what you have installed, or what is extra. You do you, but paragraphs or listing your system out in file format would really help those, trying to help you.

4 ch amp (with specs)
going to
speakers

Sub amp (watts /ohms specs)
wired to
(2) 10" brand name OR i have (3) 12" 400w @ 2ohm

I have extra stuff.

The vehicle is: with the doors

I want it more clear/louder/hit harder.

My thoughts:

1. Pick a DSP to use. Choose what you are comfortable using and one that provides you the control you want.

2. SQ results from a proper tune of a proper install. You have a start, but the devil's in the details here. Deadener alone is insufficient - proper seals/gaskets are required and sound absorption in the proper locations is key. Each driver should have dedicated airspace that is not shared with any other driver and that airspace should be non-resonant.

3. None of the speakers you've listed is what I would classify as "SQ" but that doesn't mean you can't be happy with it. The PA style mids will sound like a PA mid regardless of what DSP you have. But if you want to be loud, it's the way it usually is. I would run B&C for a "SQL" build.

4. Once you've chosen the DSP you then have limitations based on the number of output channels. Ideally, each driver is on a dedicated amp channel and each amp channel has a dedicated DSP output. That gets difficult with multiple drivers unless you have a really flexible DSP (i.e. JL Audio VXi amplifiers can do 40 discrete channels of DSP from a single hub if you do five 8ch).

5. The amplifier selections are usually impacted by physical space limitations, but if that isn't the case, you can match amplifier to speaker with higher power amps to midbass and smaller amps to mids/highs.

What is B&C ?? Sorry for being so slow to the new terms.

Id sit down and figure out exactly what all you will be installing for amperage consumption and add another 10-15% amperage useage on top of that...
