I have a 2012 GMC Sierra w/o Bose. Soon I will be putting an aftermarket HU - either Pioneer or Alpine. I'm still debating because I have an iPhone 5 and they all don't work with the i5. Anyways, I'm taking on the challenge of making the audio system as factory looking/sounding as possible. I've seen interfaces that allow one to use the XM tuner built in through the radio interface. I'm not interested in these since its through the DIC that the artist and song title are displayed. I plan to use the SXV200V1 adapter for my tuner. I was wondering if I would need any adapters to get it to work with my factory antenna? The SXV200 has a SMB connector.
