Can I hook up my super tweeters without crossover if my radio has built-in and crossover and my amp has built in crossover for channel

Only if that/those channels can be dedicated to the tweeter's frequency.

The tweeter has to be crossed over somehow. Doesn't matter if it occurs at the HU, the amp or passively.
