Hey, I know, I have been annoyingly persistent with what sub to get. I have alot of time before I purchase any sub. So, How does this sub fair in specs vs the B2 IS?MMS VAS AND BL look high compared to most 12 I've looked at..

oh it's a bigger sub but it has mms spec of most 15's meaning may take more power to move it (since u running 500rms idk)Hey, I know, I have been annoyingly persistent with what sub to get. I have alot of time before I purchase any sub. So, How does this sub fair in specs vs the B2 IS?
Looks like previous specs were the 15. He updated it with the specs for the 12 in post 20oh it's a bigger sub but it has mms spec of most 15's meaning may take more power to move it (since u running 500rms idk)

Thats the 15
yeah mms not as high still many 12's are between 150-225.. vas is now lower than many 12's.. it'll work maybe but i would think it needs 800 rms from good amp in 3 cf ported box.. i know it's higher end sub than b2 it has twice the magnet and maybe motor and not much more $ but it's for someone with box and amp for it not 500 watts 1.8 sealed i don't thinkLooks like previous specs were the 15. I don't have to run sealed. I am just playing around with ideas. But 3 CF ported seems huge. My absolute max outer dimensions are 13.75 tall * 31.5 wide *18.5 deep (all in inches). That depth is with my subs about an inch from my cargo net. I am thinking about upwards firing the sub, or aiming it at the back of the seat. Need some way to protect the cone.yeah mms not as high still many 12's are between 150-225.. vas is now lower than many 12's.. it'll work maybe but i would think it needs 800 rms from good amp in 3 cf ported box.. i know it's higher end sub than b2 it has twice the magnet and maybe motor and not much more $ but it's for someone with box and amp for it not 500 watts 1.8 sealed i don't think
to big you would need to tuned in the low 30s high 20s for any kind of benifitI don't have to run sealed. I am just playing around with ideas. But 3 CF ported seems huge. i meant mms not as low as some.. but those # give u over 3 cf, if u start with box 16 deep 13.5h 31" wide thats 2.89 cf bd with 2.5wide port 12" high maybe 25" long (didn't check length for tuning) guessing comes to about 2.3 cf ad after average sub disp.. many subs like mine work in smaller than that..I don't have to run sealed. maybe u should just get bstock sundown E $95 or SA (i think they $200) with 2 cf ad ported box with 500rms will sound really good and u will have better idea if u want louder than that., all u gotta do is get bigger amp..Hey, I know, I have been annoyingly persistent with what sub to get.
