I drive a 1996 stock mercedes E320 sedan.

The sound system is a crummy bose (i know, bose usually isnt crummy) and i want to install new speakers and a subwoofer to the rear of the car in order play my music louder etc.

how would i go about installing a new set of speakers.. what would i need to do to the interior of the car, and what would i need to purchase.

thank you

1996 Mercedes Benz E-Class Sedan

with Bose system

Factory replacement info:

In-dash stereo

7-7/8" depth; Size code E

Front speakers

Dash: Tweeter factory speaker note

Front Door: 6-3/4"

Rear speakers

Rear Door: 3-1/2"

Rear Deck: 6-3/4"

As far as what to do with the interior, I don't know anything specific for Mercedes, but it should just be popping off door panels for door speakers, and climbing on the back seat and/or in the trunk to switch out rear deck speakers.
