Voltage Issues, Bad Alt?

Dude pull the batts and have them load tested hell call a battery place if needed its a dead battery and the have to be checked individually if they check good its a grounding issue.

Found the problem man, the one of my fuses up front melted the PVC jacket and it melted between the ring terminal and the fuse holder.... Was checking resistance on all the connections, 2 KOhms across the front fuse will sure drop some ******* volts
