So I've installed, ran wire, blah blah, on probably 5 Subwoofers for myself and friends. Have a panel removing tool and everything!

Currently my setup is a Kicker CompVR 43CVR122 in a Sound Ordnance Bass Bunker 1.83 cubic feet. Woofer is 400W RMS and amp is 500W RMS. Hooked up to a Pioneer DEH-S6120BS head unit.

It's not winning any audio shows, but love the bass for what I paid....happy. Didn't have pics of the box AND woofer so photoshopped it cuz....I have nothing better to do:

Now I already have 2 6x9 JBL GX963s amped only by head unit:

My JBL Club 6520 6-1/2"s come in mail tomorrow, and soon after, a Kenwood KAC-M181 4-channel amplifier — 45 watts RMS x 4

Sooooooo......My cables/wiring are all fed to the trunk of my Honda Accord 2004 EXL Sedan, power cable, remote turn-on, 1 RCA pair, little bass knob (looks like landline phone cord), etc. Hooked up to my Rockville RXD-M11000w RMS Mono Class D 1 Ohm Amp (I know, Rockville is supposed to be crap, but if was a gift and for over a year has performed beautifully, quiet haters :)

So now for some stupid questions...
I take I will need to get to the back of my Pioneer receiver to wire, what, 2 more RCA pairs?

Or is the RCA output on the Rockville Good for anything? What about the power cable from the battery to the Kenwood Speaker amp? Do I just stack a second one on the + terminal? How does the Kenwood amp know to turn on? The description says "signal-sensing turn-on on speaker-level inputs eliminate need for a separate remote lead," what is telling the amp to turn on exactly?

Sorry for all the noob questions.

And I plan on doing a lot more research, luckily Crutchfield has good phone support for the amp installation. But wanted to get as much info as possible.

Anyway that's about the gist of it.

oh some other P.S..... Kenwood Amp: "Power Control: The blue/white Power Control wire should be connected to the head unit's remote turn-on lead when an aftermarket unit is used. This wire does not need to be connected if you're using speaker level inputs. The signal sensing turn-on feature will turn on the amplifier when a speaker level input signal is detected." But I'm already using the unit's turn-on lead for the sub amp?

Any input much appreciated!

Yes run 4 channel RCAs from the headunit front and rear RCAS to the 4 channel. The Rockville RCA outs will be for running another subwoofer amp as it would have low frequency outputs from the sub RCA out.

For the 4 channel turning on I guess it turns on automatically when it sees RCA voltage.

Ok so I find out the Kenwood 4ch amp has 2 ways to turn on (like most amps). If using the speaker-level inputs (no RCA) it turns on like is typical. But Since I have front and back (and woofer) RCA channel outputs on my head unit, will probably use that method, because I think it's supposed to be cleaner sounding(?). Though bigger pain in ass to have to get to back of unit, run 2 RCA cables, but don't mind.

It comes with a harness with remote turn on wire. Have to run that too I guess. Although can I just splice it to the one for the woofer amp?

And to reiterate, I'll be stacking on an extra power cable to the battery + terminal, so 2 power cables run through the firewall?
