what do u think I nEed?

Your runnin a single xfl that's not asking much ... If you think its hard to get loud sealed then you need to read up ..
You haven't heard my system, you can't say my setup isn't loud because you don't know. It's much easier to get loud with a ported enclosure, that's just common sense. There's a reason when people want to get loud, they run ported.

I've ran xfls and they were on better power in a better box lol .. I didn't say ported wasn't easier ? You said if you want really loud you have to go ported ... Lmfao that's bs man throw a flatlyne / xxx 2 monster subs that get ran sealed a good amount on that same power and its gunna be louder then your ported box with a xfl

Not all subs like ported .. And if space is a issue sealed boxes help
Gotta agree here. While it is probably easier to get loud with a ported setup, it's definitely possible to do so with a sealed setup. Some subs are even designed for sealed setups, like Tim said.

However, if OP is trying to get loud, I'd say ported > sealed here. For how much easier it makes it, I'd say a ported design would be the better choice for somebody who (seems to be) a beginner just looking for output.

I'm not recommending op go sealed at all .. Just callin bs about if you want loud you need ported that's deff some caraudio.com advice for ya lol

Lol yeah I agree, ported isn't always the loudest, there's a dude at college that's running two local budget 15"s in a sealed carbon fibre box custom made for his ford bantam 2door mini truck...the subs are positioned flat, practically underneath his seats...he is loud, hits over 150dbs on t.l...he has. 7000w amp pushing his subs though

Go hang yourself from one of their trees in their front yard. When they wake up and see you dangling by your neck, they will be disturbed. It'll also take care of another douchebag who just wants to make people angry. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I'm taking a shot in the dark on the room you have, but 1 15 ported if you can fit it would be good, if not 2 10's ported in a large box tuned low as you don't want 2 12's. You could try a 15 in a 4th order if you have the room. Basically you need to destroy everything between 45 and 30 if you want a good groundpounder.
