whats the difference..

Kickers are good for both but lean a little more towards SPL. SQ=sound quality, SPL=sound pressure level. basically SPL subs are loud and pound hard, and SQ subs are more focused on good sound. Many subs can do both. Which subs are better for what are often based on an individuals opinion about the sound.
