The little flaps around the bottom of my windows are falling apart. I cant buy OEM replacements anymore, any suggestions to fix this issue?

Have you tried jc whitney? They have universal window seals for sale. Take yours off and try match it up to what they have.

Look up your local auto glass company and go see what they have in stock. They typically carry different types universal gaskets.
