How close was it to a TermLab?

I'm not sure..they put up a cash pot and te boomstik was used on a table for a sorta driveby SPL ...you were suppose to keep all the windows sealed except drivers side.......I got beat out of the pot ...well over $100 by a local guy in a jeep with the soft top...air leaks from hell....I complained but it did no good...he was a local to the shop putting on the show

I recall someone around here using a Boomstick, not sure if it's the same one you saw, but it only registered up to 140db and it said this one was was at a 139 and when he was metered on a TL he was only at 133. Pretty much as accurate as the old AC180 stick meters.
