Had this happen with an old Memphis amp setup..relocated ground and made shorter which stopped it. Also, be sure the place where it is grounded is metal to metal contact. I know it sounds silly but a lot of people miss that.

That's what I think too...imo, I dont think if at all there would be an audible difference (OR very little). It would be nice to see if anyone has messed with anything that large to get an opinion. OR could try myself, but still under the assumption there will be very little difference. Again...

this is my situation..i have 2 dual 2 subs..going to wire down to .5, if mb can't I wouldn't test the waters and would just roll with 2ohm to be safe. But, if you do run at .5 make sure you have eletrical fault tolerance to keep it running all day :0)
