About to pull the trigger... Almost.

Yeah I couldn't find a way to make it work. That's all I have to be able to still be able to remove the panels on the bed. I'm thinking I'm just going to do the two low level SQ 15s. I want to try them out, they're cheap enough. I'll be looking at a box of about 9 cuft tuned to??? I'm assuming...

Thank you! I'll look into those. Anything wilol be better than the shallow mb quarts I've had the last few years. They'll take a beating and served their purpose well in my single cab ranger but it's definitely time for an upgrade now that space permits

About to pull the trigger... Almost.

Well I guess good timing? Haha but while bored at work I've been looking at the 4th ororder designs and theye actually looking like something that would work for me. Now the design of them... Anyone on here good with them? I'll probably go for a single Fi Q 15. Unless there are any suggestions...

About to pull the trigger... Almost.

Yeah see I'm lost. So you're saying the sealed part of the box is is 3 cuft and the other part is 6 cuft? I was thinking sub/port forward with a rectangular port. But of course I know that the cab of the vehice can change how it sounds. How would a 4th order work with a single sub if I were...

About to pull the trigger... Almost.

Box design is wayy over my head. I can build one but I need direction. But I want the box to be the size of the opening which is 49.5x19.5. I don't mind it taking up bed space but I wanted to limit it to ~25" deep if possible. I still use it as a truck. 4th order boxes can take up quite a bit...

About to pull the trigger... Almost.

I've narrowed my choices down to two options. I'm torn between running a single 18 (Fi Q) or two 15s (SQ HDS215). I have about 1200 rms to play with and virtually unlimited space for an enclosure. They'll be in an 06 avalanche, midgate removed and box built into the bed. This will be a daily...

Been out for a while. Looking for recommendations

In the near future I will be ready to pull the trigger on a new setup. The last few years I have been limited to shallow mount subs and I am now able to go bigger. I just picked up an 06 Avalanche and will be building a box into the bed and removing the midgate. I have 1500w RMS to work with...

Looking to change it up a little.

I haven't posted here in a couple years but I wanted to get some opinions. Currently I have a single cab Ford Ranger with barely any room behind the seats. I am running a single Mb Quart 10" shallow mount sub sealed in a cheap prefab wired to 8 ohms on an Audiopipe 1500d. It does alright for...

    Honda S2000 Subwoofer *Help/Advice/Input Needed*

I have two of the 10" Kenwood excellon shallow mount subs (~300 rms to them) in my reg cab chevy trurck... They're decent for what they are. Nothing like my old 15" se's that were in the trunk of my old car, but they're surprisingly loud for shallow mount 10's. The only thing I dont like about...

    Silverado people

I have an 04 silverado regular cab and was wondering where everyone runs their power wire from the battery? I have 1/0 gauge wiring and it doesn't look like it will fit through the stock grommet that runs through the firewall. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
