Audi S3 door speakers upgraded to Focal 6.5" .. Can you recommend an Amp?

Car: Audi S3 2019 Sedan w/ standard 10 speaker 4 ohm system. I already have Focal ISS 165's in the rear doors (running off the stock Audi Amp). I am looking to replace the huge 8" woofers in the front doors with some generous MDF mounts. Speakers: Apparently these speakers have won awards so...

    Securing subwoofer box in trunk

What would be the best way to secure this box to the back of the trunk? (without using straps, need to be removable) The rear tip of that box is 17 centimeters in height. Left area is the back seat (Audi)

Adding a port / hole from the boot to the cabin to increase bass

Ok I see what you mean, it makes sense. Cancellation is not what we want. Wow that 6th order setup looks interesting but I'm happy with the current bass output so no need to go to that extreme Whatever sounds better, be it stock sub removed or stock sub left in, I'll leave it as that.

Recommend high SQ 6.5" door speakers running from stock Amp

I'll definitely deaden the doors and the rear quarter area (it's a 2 door coupe). Number 1 on my todo list. The panels vibrate excessively when I set the base higher than the lowest level at high volume. In all honesty the standard Audi speakers actually sound half decent so deadening the...

Adding a port / hole from the boot to the cabin to increase bass

lol no it has been disconnected, the wiring for the stock sub is redirected into the high level inputs into the Audison Amp for the JL sub. It probably wouldn't make much difference anyway, the JL Sub is 10x more powerful than the stock Audi Amp :p

Adding a port / hole from the boot to the cabin to increase bass

"6th order enclosure" is new to me. I'll just determine what sounds better... Hole or no hole. Leave it at that. Sounds pretty decent now anyway with the stock sub as it is so it's all good. Thanks for the help.

Adding a port / hole from the boot to the cabin to increase bass

Ok I'll leave it as is for now. Well I might just go ahead and remove the stock 10" for laughs, if it sounds the same or worse I'll put it back in.

Adding a port / hole from the boot to the cabin to increase bass

Do I need to put on my Einstein hat to calculate the best port size? Or does it not really matter what size the port is?

Adding a port / hole from the boot to the cabin to increase bass

My car has a stock 10" sub in the rear parcel tray which I can remove to create a 10" port from the boot to the cabin. I have a JL 12W3v3 in a box in the boot. If I remove the stock sub and leave a large hole, will it supply more bass at less volume in the cabin? (good way to avoid excessive...

Recommend high SQ 6.5" door speakers running from stock Amp

Thanks. I'll post the results once done. I will be Amping either the fronts or the rears from the Audison 3 channel in the boot, not sure which one.... probably the front speakers since the rear speakers are basically just 'fillers'.

Recommend high SQ 6.5" door speakers running from stock Amp

Update: Apparently my stock Amp is not tuned for each speaker, full range is sent to the speaker which means any 6.5" speaker will suffice as long as the sensitivity is high and wattage isn't too high. Each speaker has its own cap/crossover. Plus there are direct drop-ins manufactured by Focal...

Recommend high SQ 6.5" door speakers running from stock Amp

Ok I think I know what you mean. Its because the stock system is a matched component set with a separate 1-way 6.5" and separate tweeter, the cut-offs and gain in the stock Amp are tuned to that set. So I guess it's a case of trial and error. A certain brand+model of speaker would be required...

Recommend high SQ 6.5" door speakers running from stock Amp

I'll be sound deadening the doors to increase mid bass. SQ of the stock Audi speakers are average, surely I can replace them with better quality speakers to increase SQ without an Amp.

Recommend high SQ 6.5" door speakers running from stock Amp

My car (Audi) has 6.5" 4 Ohm paper speakers in the front doors, they sound ok but they are lacking in mid frequencies. I'm after high quality sound, not loudness. So I dont really need an aftermarket Amp. I dont want the doors to rattle. I will add sound deadening. The standard 10 speakers...
