Got it all finished and in car, sounds really good im amazed with how much better it sounds than a prefab box.

Didnt know that. But cool. And I ended up getting one drawn up and built to spec. Sounds amazing.

Yeah. I have head unit on its way here but cant order my mounting bracket for it til friday. So idk when ill get that installed.

I was waiting for both, but I built box over the weekend and threw a cheap amp on them for now, just not going to turn it up much until new head unit and amp come in. Looking like itll be around thurs or fri before they do

I think it sounds pretty good. Still running stock head unit and a junk amp right now though with new subs, so I havent turned it up much. But I seem to be getting pretty loud even with it being clear. My car rattles like crazy though so I need to fix that still.

Just finished my first box ever and I think its decent, new subs mounted, and new amp and head unit come in next week.

Took a shot at building my first box. Feedback? Going to carpet it tomorrow after everything sits overnight.

To believe they are going to sit in the other room for almost a week before I get to run them... sad...

To revive an old thread from the dead again, how much does he usually charge for just a standard box with right specs for my subs? Not lookin for anything too fancy, but people who have bought from him, how much did it cost?

Next question, what kind of box? Any decent priced prefabs or someone have a box for sale that would be good?

Any amps cheaper that can get me by for a short time? Im lookin in the $100 range starters. Ill pick up a better amp in near future.

My subs are d4 can I run 1ohm? And is there any cheaper than 200$ that will get me by for a short time?
