Have you considered a pre-amp? Many ground noise problems can be eliminated by using a decent pre-amp. Think 3sixty.2 symmetry audison 1 etc. I had a very similar problem in another vehicle and used a RF Symmetry epx2 and it totally removed the noise issues. I too had tried everything you...

This thread is confusing me....a sub arrived within the specified time and in good condition, what is wrong?

I've never had it overheat (I live in Ohio, so not like I have extreme heat though). The discs are very warm when they come out in the summer. No option to turn off the internal amp.

I have not used SD cards with this, only USB. Is it SD or HDSD? I believe they only work with SD.
