depends on your box really bro. L7s can get down low pretty nasty in the right box. But the DCs will probably sound better. I think the L7s will take more power IIRC and ofcourse the added cone area of the L7s as well is something to take into account. all that being said, I'd still choose the DCs! any decent amp that does 1500 watts rms clean power for 2 woofers ,woofers are rated at 600 watts rms each but are very underrated, i've heard of people putting close to 2000 watts rms to a pair

depends on what ohm load youre planning to run. theres a Rockford T2000 here on the forum that would do good for you regardless of what ohm subs you choose. it'll do 1500+ at 2 ohms or 2000+ at 1 ohm (but you'll need to be careful with the gain)
