3" port for 10" Dayton mk4 sufficient?

Building a box for a 10" Dayton mk4 and was wondering if a 3" flared port will be sufficient or if I will get a lot of port noise?

I don't know much about this sub but it looks ok and says it only requires a .6 ft Enclosure. Space is a factor.

Is that .6 ported or sealed ?
