here is the design for the subs:

after all displacement its about 2.8ft^3 @ a nasty 26hz-35hz.... easily change tuning //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I call it the BONER BOX! lol

Fits like a glove!

100_4198.jpg

gluing the 4" risers/small pieces for port in order to connect the 90's and have the correct amount of depth

gorilla glue FTW!

100_4203.jpg

This right here will have the box around 3ft^3 @ 35hz.... i can add pre-cut pieces to the elbows through the cutouts and drop the tunning all the way down to 26hz!

Front baffle still needs to be cutout and flush trimmed. will do tom.

yes, thats why it's junk
lol works for me thou //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif only use it for glu n the ports in anyways dont know what idiot would use as glue for the box lol

Whats that like 12" of port area? For four drivers....
//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif right.... its 25.12 sq inches of port.

its actually the perfect amount bro. a round port needs about half the port area as a slot port so about 6-9sq inches of port per cube using round ports. Thats about 8.37in^2 ofport per cube in this box.

no...simple math....
indeed. 3.14 x r^2 so tough!

Fun fact: These were fatpat's old subs.

Build is gonna be nice man!

i hope these lil guys get down! they might come today //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

Very nice...

I thought that only applies when using flared/ aero ports?
the flare on the end of an aero port compared to a straight round port is of the most minimal effect. yes with a flared aero the port will be longer to achieve the same tuning as a straight aero but by only the most minimal amount

more pics: two hours of work //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

First step in flush trimming the port.... you have to make a large enough hole! haha

100_4214.jpg

Flush trimmed... bottom port came out like crap! ****ing bearing fell off on the bit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif thats why there is that lil area nicked out
