My carpeting job on the trunk... wish it looked a little bit better (I have a few seams that are blatantly visible but I hope the box will hide them)

28sqft Damplifier Pro on the trunk lid... it's so heavy now if I pop the trunk and let it be the auto-pulldown will catch it and close it right back again //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

But hopefully that will help with the rattles.

Well it sounded pretty good before all of the upgrades, but the real test is going to be when I put everything back together. Should be by this weekend.

I will take a video but just to forwarn you all the only method of recording I have is my cell phone and the quality ***** ass. lol

I decided against getting the alt for now, I'm going to see how much of a diff. the Big 3 makes and if need be get another battery for the back.

Here is the rough layout of the amp racks... I am going to fabricate some L-Brackets or find some and carpet the racks, then mount the amps and drill holes for wires tomorrow hopefully.

OK guys, I think I'm *just about* to close the chapter on the trunk. Everything's hooked up and the **** is loud! I turned the speakers around to face inside the car and it's made a HUGE difference.

The Big 3 has kept my dimming to a minimum, and the volts stay a little higher than they used to. Everything's great except I have a new problem now... my roof rattles //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif. Also, I got my IDCTX65CS comps in and also another 28sqft pack of DampPro, so I will try and get the doors deadened this weekend and hopefully have the speakers installed before Christmas.
