Ok- if you have 2 SVC 4 ohm subs the lowest possible ohm load you can achieve is 2 ohms mono. You can reach this by wiring the subs in paralel.

AS for the amp, I would suggest that you look into some alternatives of a little higher quality.

Start with some of these:

JL Audio 500/1

MTX 4250D

Harrison Labs AE400.2

Alpine MRV F1507

Additinally, no need to reference "max" anything as those specs are useless. Most of know how to look at specs for a given speaker, amp, HU, etc...

You don't need two amps. The speakers come with crossovers to help protect the tweeters.

Perhaps you changed something without mentioning it here? Maybe a loose turn on line? I dunno man...but we'll take it. Hopefully it keeps working. 👍
