i know this guy who sells subs and amps, and he has matrix amplifiers and hes trying to get me to buy one saying they r good. Im just not sure never heard of them. if anyone ever owned one or heard of them let me know if they r good.

Junk. And how come the 4000.1 and the 3000.1 are the same rms watts? Stay away from that crap unless it's well under 100 bucks and you're curious.
