Thank you sir for the excellent buying experience, again! And nice price. Nice to have the nice shiet a short drive away. And the conference calls to Brad @ Arc that answered all my questions, and taught me a lil' something along the way. He's a very nice, smart and helpful fellow.

I Hate you......... J/K. Looks SOOOOOOO NICE

I Hate all you jersey people up north with all your high end retail dealers :-( (cough 6spd) :)

OK...here they go..

This is where these puppies breathe...

The heatsink through both end plates have access to the exterior, you can see the windows below the connections...

Vented casing running down both sides, the length of the amplifier.

The bottom plate ,essentially the base of this heatsink.

For the top panel cover-Used a size #1 Stanley precision phyllips screwdriver and the screws came out with ease. With a #0, I was initially have a very hard time as they torque in tight.

Giving the xover potentiometers a twirl they felt very smooth, tight and in place- doesnt move sideways at all, no jiggle to it- felt solid(these are metal, not plastic). The switches themselves appear/feel same as the sliders used on the XXK's, nothing much to them.

Layout is pretty self explanatory.

Oh baby those things are SEXY! Are those numbers on the birthsheet for the 4200 RMS? At how many ohms?
Birthsheet #'s are 2ohm stereo. HOwever the carudiomag review got ~117rms per ch x 4 on its test 4200SE. Whats even sicker is bridging the chs to 2ohm mono the amp can put out north of 700+ rms x2/ 350+ x 4 at 1ohm stereo.

Not many 4ch amps out there with a power supply capable of 1400+rms:eek:

Gut pics as promised.... Typical Zeff design, clean layout-isolating signal from power supplies... Fan in the middles blows heat away through the sides as pcs shown above. The LED's that light up the Arc logo and protection are around the fan.

Its not a huge upgrade and I'd argue you likely couldn't tell the difference.
