I want to upgrade my HK stock system with a sub and amp.

Pacific Stereo in Fremont seemed to have a good price but I don't want a shabby job or get ripped off. They offer about $400 for alpine 12" type R and alpine 500 amp.

I'm considering bestbuy but they jack up the price on the sub

BestBuy or Pacific Stereo any good or anything better in the Fremont area?

Thanks a lot
