Maybe in his older stuff, but since the Neptunes did a lot of the beats on his newer albums (and Pharell's a great musician but never really utilizes the low end), probably not.

If you have a good sub and mids, then Trivium- Torn Between Scylla and Charybdis is a nice one. Has some really nice bass guitar in the intro and has nice drums throughout.

I'm usually way more of a fan of mixtapes than albums, but straight up Nas-Untitled(originally meant to be called niggger) KILLED anything in 08 lyrically. Hands down, there is not a better lyricist than Nas.

Not sure about how the bass sounds but Lil Scrappy Cd Prince of the South is a pretty sic CD from what I have heard.
