I was at Black Friday at Fry's electronics and they had this sub on Sale for $99

Its a Sony XS-LE121D 2 12" wired for 4 ohm mono operation at 600w RMS
* Frequency Response : 30 - 500 Hz. (in car)
* Impedance : 4 Ohms
* Sensitivity (db) : 87 dB/W/m
I thought for 99 bucks it wouldn't be bad.
I'm putting it in a 98 honda civic EX that the system is all stock except for a Pioneer DEH-P4600MP head unit.
Now that I've decided to add a sub I've gotten the itch to start upgrading.
I have some equipment lying around that I could use which consists of the following:
ADS PH15 6 channel amp
6x50 4ohm .05%THD or 100wpc bridged
6x55 2ohm
105db
JBL GTQ400 4 channel amp
4x75 4ohm .05%THD or 200wpc bridged
4x100 2ohm
100db
Precision Power PPI 356CS
6.5" component spkeakers
60 watts RMS 4ohm
87db
8" SAS bazooka tube
125w RMS 4ohm
102db
I've already sound dampened the entire car and door panels and I'm going to upgrade "the Big 3"
I was planning on getting a mono amp like the Kicker ZX1000 to drive that sub
500 watts at 4ohm
1000 watts at 2ohm
95db
I'm just looking to have a pretty decent system that plays tight and clean, nothing too crazy and I'm not looking to break the bank.
I'm also not looking to build a custom box.
I listen to just about everything from hip-hop to classic rock.
Is this sony sub any good?
Or would I be better off returning it and picking up a Kicker enclosure to pair with the PPI components?
or anything else for that matter?
Please throw any ideas or suggestions my way
Thanks
